First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us, which means we owe you a “Thank You!”

Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Hendriix Halos customers and as such, we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know...


  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement. Due to all items being made to order, once our fulfillment process begins we are unable to cancel the order.
  • As all items are made custom to order, there are no returns or refunds available once the item has begun production. 
    • If you have any issues with your items upon receipt, please email info@hendriixhalos.com or use our contact form to advise how we can assist you right away!
    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
